Seaside Beach Villa in South-East Corfu - Accommodation and Facilities

Entry to the house is via ten steps, into the spacious open plan living and dining area, with a separate fully equipped kitchen, and office alcove.
Huge glass doors lead from the living area onto the wide veranda with a covered outside seating and dining area - the ideal place for an uninterrupted view of the sunrise.
Steps lead down into the garden, onto the pool terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas plus a four-poster lounger, and the swimming pool (10m x 5m)
The pool terrace has a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and dining area with gas barbecue, large ‘monastery’ style table with benches and a huge umbrella.
The main garden gate leads into our ‘personal beach garden’, with palm umbrellas, sun loungers and easy chairs in the shade of the trees.
A beach gate leads straight onto the sand - only five steps to the sea!

Two double bedrooms with super-king beds, with large ensuite bathrooms and showers - both have wide ‘glass walls’ with doors leading onto the upper balcony, with spectacular views out to sea
One twin bedroom with ensuite shower room, and a ‘glass wall’ window overlooking the grounds to the rear of the house
The third bedroom (two single beds) has a ‘glass wall’ with views into the garden

Kitchens

Main well-equipped kitchen, with cooker, extractor fan, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machines, two toasters, nutribullet, blender, milk frother and kettle. Crockery and cutlery plus table linen

Main veranda, with dining area, plus built in unit with cushions for relaxed seating

General Information

PLEASE NOTE

The pool is not closed off, therefore children must be supervised AT ALL TIMES
There are two sets of 10 open steps up into the house so young children need supervision
The garden is gated and fenced but might not be totally secure for dogs intent on escape!
